Summary

The Customer Service Professional acts as the primary NHP point of contact for our members, providers and other key stakeholders focusing on exceptional customer satisfaction and first call resolution. The CSP interacts with customers to provide information and troubleshoot complex issues in response to inquiries about coverage, benefits, services, and to handle and resolve complaints.

The person in this role must be committed to building customer confidence and increasing customer satisfaction by delivering to callers an exceptional experience focused on quality and accuracy.

The CSP will be initially trained on member demographic changes and benefit inquires. Essential Functions

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Leave Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administration of the leave process which includes analytical, planning, reporting, technical, systems and project support. The Senior Grants Administrator is a member of the finance team, and is responsible for providing pre- and post- award management to a portfolio of 2-3 sponsored programs, often on tight timelines.
