Ideal Staffing was founded by Michael Merullo in 2011 with the goal of providing qualified, professional temporary staff and personalized service to Boston area employers. Over the past decade, Ideal Staffing has become a trusted recruiting and staffing partner for both employers and job seekers. Ideal Staffing delivers the quality and value of a large firm, combined with the personal service of a local company.

Meet the Ideal Team


Michael Merullo Owner/Founder

Michael founded Ideal Staffing, a small business enterprise in 2011. He oversees and manages the sales, operations, and day-to-day functions of the business. He manages revenue growth, relationship development and retention of a large client portfolio in the Greater Boston area. Michael’s expertise is in managing and growing contingent workforce solutions in office administration. His passion helping candidates achieve their employment goals is reflected in the large network he has developed in the staffing industry. Michael graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.


Jenn Robichaud Senior Recruiter

Jenn strives to offer both clients and candidates the very best customer service. As Senior Recruiter, Jenn enjoys speaking with new and existing candidates and finds it very rewarding to match people with job opportunities. She specializes in the placement of temporary and temp-to-perm professionals in administrative and finance roles. She works with clients to source and screen candidates, as well as to coordinate and conduct interviews. Jenn continuously builds her database and is committed to pairing job opportunities with skilled candidates. Jenn earned an MBA in Finance from Bentley University.


Anne Marie Theokas Senior Account Manager

Anne Marie’s strengths are understanding client’s needs, including environment, culture, and project work, while building trust and confidence in her ability to deliver the right talent fit. Over the past 20 years, Anne Marie has provided on-site, program management for the contingent labor program for one of her largest clients. This included managing the staffing process, negotiating rates, consulting with management teams on talent needs, coordinating the interview process and delivering talent within budget and on time. Anne Marie’s passion for staffing is exhibited in her ability to maintain and build long-lasting relationships with her clients.


Amy Keddy Onboarding Specialist

Amy ensures a smooth onboarding process for all new hires. She uses her fantastic customer service skills to communicate position details to new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling start dates. Originally from Florida, she relocated to Massachusetts to attend Boston University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.


Keira Simonoff Staffing Consultant

Keira is a pro when it comes to recruiting and interviewing applicants. Her years of working face to face with the public has developed a strong grasp on what it means to deliver excellent customer service. In addition to meeting with new prospects and helping to match them with careers, Keira maintains the social media and web presence for Ideal Staffing. 


Mike Capobianco Director of Business Development

Mike has over 25 years of business experience and provides business advice and consulting through his wholly owned firm Rorcha LLC. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University.
