Project Coordinator II – Framingham, MA

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates meetings ensuring attendees availability where necessary, generates agenda and minutes
  • Maintains project calendars
  • Preparing grammatically correct correspondence, reports, tables, and analyses.
  • Ensures project supply needs are met.
  • Places purchase requisitions in Next / SAP
  • Makes travel arrangements and files expense reports in Concur
  • Assists in onboarding of new project team members
  • Provide clerical support as necessary, including filing, faxing, copying, performing data entry
  • Routing and tracking of manual and electronic documents for review / approval

  • MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with SAP, Next, Concur or related business tools for purchasing and expense reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
  • Project administrative experience

Education: Typical minimum education and experience required is High School and 3 - 5 years of related experience.
