How do I meet with a recruiter?
After submitting your resume to Ideal Staffing Group, our recruiting team will review it to see if there is a match with a current opening. If so, a recruiter will reach out to you. In some cases a recruiter may reach out to you if we feel your experience is exceptional, or would be a fit for an eventual or future opening with one of our clients. Because we receive new positions from our clients every day, we want to make sure we have the information we need to get you in front of the client as quickly as possible.
Do you have any job openings?
We are always actively working on filling opportunities with our clients, but if you have not received a call from your recruiter in a while, it is most likely because we currently do not have a position that is a match for you. Please check our website as well as LinkedIn and Facebook page regularly, as we often post our most recent job openings.
What should I bring to my interview?
Please bring a copy of your resume and 2 forms of government issued ID (i.e. US Passport, Social Security Card and Driver’s License).
How much do positions pay hourly?
We typically place candidates on assignments that pay anywhere from $10 to $30 an hour, but Ideal Staffing Group also works on higher paying assignments. Every assignment is different based on the skills necessary to complete it. Your recruiter will discuss the rate for each assignment with you.
What should I do if I can’t come to work or need to leave early?
We expect all of Ideal Staffing Group’ s employees to always be on time and complete the duration of their assignment. However, we understand that circumstances beyond your control may arise. If you are sick, need a day off or are planning to leave early from an assignment you MUST reach out to your recruiter as early as possible. It is absolutely critical that you maintain as much communication as possible with both Ideal Staffing Group and your supervisor at the client site.
Could the assignment go perm?
Yes, and for every assignment the conversion period may be different. Your recruiter will discuss this in detail with you.
What is my lunch break
All placements are entitled to a 1 hour lunch break during an 8 hour work day. Before your assignment starts your recruiter will discuss all the details with you and answer any questions you may have.
When does my timesheet need to be submitted each week?
Please submit your timesheet to us no later than Friday at 3pm each week. The can be faxed to us at 781-944-4822.
When will I receive my paycheck?
Paychecks are mailed directly to your home on Tuesday mornings. We can also make arrangements to deliver your check to you.
