FAQ

Below are some of the most frequent questions that come up from candidates working with Ideal Staffing Group. If the answer to your questions can not be found, Please contact us.

How do I meet with a recruiter?

After submitting your resume to Ideal Staffing Group, our recruiting team will review it to see if there is a match with a current opening. If so, a recruiter will reach out to you. In some cases a recruiter may reach out to you if we feel your experience is exceptional, or would be a fit for an eventual or future opening with one of our clients. Because we receive new positions from our clients every day, we want to make sure we have the information we need to get you in front of the client as quickly as possible.

Do you have any job openings?

We are always actively working on filling opportunities with our clients, but if you have not received a call from your recruiter in a while, it is most likely because we currently do not have a position that is a match for you. Please check our website as well as LinkedIn and Facebook page regularly, as we often post our most recent job openings.

What should I bring to my interview?

Please bring a copy of your resume and 2 forms of government issued ID (i.e. US Passport, Social Security Card and Driver’s License).

How much do positions pay hourly?

What should I do if I can’t come to work or need to leave early?

We expect all of Ideal Staffing Group’ s employees to always be on time and complete the duration of their assignment. However, we understand that circumstances beyond your control may arise.
