Michael Merullo
President/Founder

As the owner of Ideal Staffing Group, Michael oversees and manages the sales, operations, and day-to-day functions of the business. He has more than 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry managing revenue growth, relationship development and retention of a large client portfolio in the Greater Boston area. During this time, Michael has worked with many local and strategic accounts on numerous temporary and temp to perm staffing projects.

Michael’s expertise is in managing and growing contingent workforce solutions in office administration. He has an outstanding reputation in the recruiting and staffing industry. Michael’s passion for identifying qualified candidates to fill open positions and helping candidates achieve their employment goals is reflected in the large network he has developed in the staffing industry.

Michael graduated from the University of Michigan in 1990 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. He lives in Reading, MA with his wife and three children. He has been a volunteer youth coach for Reading Little League, Reading Pop Warner, Reading Travel Basketball Association and Friends of Reading Recreation. Michael enjoys spending time with his family and following the Michigan Wolverines.
